Talent Terms

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to provide the services you list in Malaysia. If you register for a company or studio, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Your profile must be genuine

Information you provide must be true, accurate and kept up to date. Work samples, case studies and your bio must be your own (or work you have the right to show) and must not be copied.

Prices and availability should honestly reflect your services. Please update your profile when they change.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, work samples and text you upload. You give us a non-exclusive, free licence to show and promote your public profile on this site and on AI White Knight's social media until you delete your profile.

You confirm that your content doesn't infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.

4. Review

Every profile is reviewed by hand. We may approve, decline or suspend any profile at our discretion, and will try to explain why.

If you change the public part of a live profile, it goes offline until it is reviewed again.

5. Working with clients

This site introduces and matches. Scope, price, delivery and payment are agreed directly between you and the client; we are not a party to that agreement and don't handle payments.

We don't charge commission today. If we introduce paid features later, we will tell you in advance and ask for your separate agreement.

6. Conduct

You must not: post false or misleading information; spam or harass anyone; infringe others' intellectual property; offer illegal services; or scrape or misuse data from this site.

Work produced with AI tools must comply with applicable laws and platform rules, and you should be honest with clients about how you use AI.

Client contact details received through this site may only be used to respond to that enquiry.

7. Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove your profile if you breach these terms or we receive a reasonable complaint. You can delete your talent profile at any time from My account.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. We don't guarantee that you will receive enquiries or work. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for your dealings, payments or disputes with clients.

Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under Malaysian law that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. You will be asked to accept the new version the next time you submit your profile, and we will email you about significant changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Malaysia. If the language versions differ, the English version prevails.
